With 4,000SF of indoor space, we have over four sitting areas that can be used for idea-sharing sessions, video conferencing or simply sit and crank out some work. Capitol Villa can easily cater to groups of 15 to sleep as well as spaced working areas.
Besides a large backyard, the property also benefits from a gorgeous outdoor balcony on the third floor. It is perfect to sit and work in a peaceful setting and with views of Downtown Austin, it is a tranquil location.
We also have a separate private office space located in the rear Casita on the property. It’s perfect for someone who needs quiet or who is on the phone and needs privacy.
3. Premium services have you covered
We have a private chef that has services to cater lunch or prepare dinner. A menu can be prepared in advance and enjoyed on the back patio, which is an ideal spot to enjoy a sunny day in Austin
As a local Austinite, we can help with stocking the fridge upon arrival or making reservations at restaurants or other outdoor activities that the group would enjoy. I work in the travel industry so can give you the best recommendations and help you set up events.
4. Backyard Games to break things up
Capitol Villa has a cool backyard! We have outdoor seating, a fire pit (perfect for S’mores) as well as ping pong, mini-golf, and cornhole. We recently purchased a brand new Hot tub which is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
